Customization & Sizing Accuracy
Customer Responsibility: Since we do not carry ready-to-wear stock, all abayas are tailored based on the measurements or sizes selected at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all measurements provided are accurate.
Alterations: DarSitr is not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer. First alterations requests are complimentary for any further alterations may subject to additional tailoring and delivery fees.
Production Lead Times
Standard Window: Our standard production time is 7 to 14 working days. "Working days" exclude Fridays and official Qatar public holidays.
Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods (such as Ramadan, Eid, or National Day), production times may extend beyond 14 days. We will notify customers of any significant delays via email or WhatsApp.
Force Majeure: DarSitr is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as fabric supply shortages or courier disruptions.
Payment & Pricing
Currency: All prices are listed and processed in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
Transaction Completion: An order is only considered "Active" once the payment gateway confirms a successful transaction. We do not offer "Cash on Delivery" (COD) as every item is custom-made for the buyer.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price applied to an order will be the price displayed at the time the order was placed.
Delivery Protocol (Qatar Only)
Courier Service: Deliveries are handled by our local logistics partners. Once the 7-14 day production window is complete, you will receive a notification that your order is out for delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to reach the customer after three attempts, the item will be returned to our holding facility. A re-delivery fee may apply to send the item out a second time.
Inspection upon Receipt: Customers are encouraged to inspect the packaging upon delivery. If the outer packaging is significantly damaged, please document this with the courier.
Fabric & Color Representation
Digital Accuracy: We strive to display the colors of our fabrics as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in digital monitors and mobile screens, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will perfectly match the physical garment.
Fabric Batches: Slight variations in fabric texture or shade may occur between different dye lots. This is a standard characteristic of textile manufacturing.
Intellectual Property & Design Rights
Proprietary Designs: All abaya designs, embroidery patterns, and creative photography featured on darsitr.co are the intellectual property of our brand.
Prohibited Use: Users may not copy, modify, or reproduce our designs for commercial use or resale under a different brand name.
Data Privacy
Information Collection: We collect only the necessary data required to process your custom order (Name, Phone Number, Delivery Address, and Measurements).
Security: Your payment information is processed through secure, encrypted third-party gateways and is not stored on our local servers.
Limitation of Liability
Darsitr.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our business operations or Qatari legal requirements. Continued use of the website following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
